License to Use: You grant Epiki Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the submitted images across its digital and print platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
4. No Infringement: You guarantee that your submission does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
5. Attribution: Epiki Tours may credit you as the photographer or image owner where reasonable, but such credit is not mandatory
6. Modification & Use: Epiki Tours reserves the right to crop, resize, or make minor edits to the images for formatting and design purposes
7. Withdrawal: You may request that Epiki Tours cease using your images in future materials by contacting [email protected], though previously published materials may remain in circulation.
